A friend of ours recommended My Home Inspector and we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. When they arrived to the house they came prepared and did not rush to finish. They were very thorough and patient when we asked our many questions, as we are new to this whole process. The fee was very reasonable and worth every penny. Their assistance did not stop there, even after the inspection was complete and we had our report, which by the way is very easy to read, they still answered every phone call. They provided us with much more than was required, as our bank needed certain documents that they were so helpful in preparing for us.
