Radon Gas Testing Services

Testing is the only way to know if you and your family are at risk from radon. EPA and the Surgeon General recommend testing all homes below the third floor for radon. When we do a radon test in your home we are using the best products in the industry to insure your home is radon free.  We leave the radon test canisters in your home for a minimum of 72 hours then send them same day to our lab in Elmsford, NY.  We typically have your results back within 48-72 hours of pick up from your home.

Asbestos & Lead Testing Services

We are currently in the process of getting NY State Certified for Asbestos Inspections.  In the meantime, we can coordinate through our extensive network of partners and affiliates to do all the testing at the same time as your Home Inspection is being done, saving your time and money. 

Water Testing Services

We offer numerous water testing programs depending on your needs.  While we are doing your home inspection we will gather water samples at the end of our home inspection and bring them to our lab same day.  We typically receive your results within 48-72 hours of pick up from your home.
